In this recap of the past days and weeks, we share how this project has grown beyond expectations. Reaching new followers through Founders’ Instagram, drawing people who want to join and support, and opening doors through interviews on Tu Mañana and WAO 97.5 radio. Built on a faith that moves from the foundation, the journey includes showing our website, the honest adventures of job searching, and celebrating big milestones, like one of the girls starting work and another's birthday. Even without official NGO status yet, unexpected kindness from a stranger and the joy of celebrating new jobs at an amusement park remind us that purpose, perseverance, and community can turn small beginnings into powerful progress.
As they enter adulthood, these young women start their job searching process along side with building a home, giving themselves the chances to transform a complicated process into an open gate for new opportunities.
Every beginning carries uncertainty and hope.
In their first vlog, these young women share the experience of searching for their first apartment, building their résumés, opening their first bank accounts, and giving back; preparing the initiative of giving gifts for the children of Casa Hogar, Soná in Veraguas, along side creating a firm foundation in Jesus by attending to Cross Roads Church as part of the program to connect with a community.
A dynamic section with the actual project process: videos of the pilot program (housing, training, workshops, visits), testimonials from participants, monthly progress reports, behind-the-scenes footage of the team, human stories; learning blog: faith, resilience, community, and transformation
This window of transparency will show how each contribution is turned into real stories of growth and hope.
